Phil is a seasoned automotive professional bringing with him a breadth of experience in the sector. Phil has held senior Sales, Commercial and Operational roles across the industry in OEM, Finance houses, data providers and software solution providers, including blue chip organizations such as Honda Motor Europe, Inchcape plc and Hitachi Capital. Most recently working with HPI, a Solera business, Phil understands the group company culture and processes and is in a strong position to lead Hollander International to take advantage of group synergies and drive growth within the division. Phil likes to watch football, and lives Farnham. He has three children.
Chad is responsible for overseeing the company’s ever-growing line of products. He has over twenty years’ experience in software marketing, product management and business development working companies such as at Epicor Software, Lawson Software, and Healthland. Chad received a BBA from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
How’s this for a challenge: Build a marketing department, from the ground up, for a $30 million-plus technology company. It’s a task Mary eagerly accepted. Whether it’s introducing new products, forging strategic partnerships, directing social media efforts or overseeing the Hollander Innovation Summit customer event, it’s Mary’s job to showcase Hollander as the industry innovation leader. Creative, driven and with a wealth of technology and marketing skills honed while working at NCR, Lexis-Nexis and Thomson Reuters among others, Mary is the right person for the job.
With a deep technology background, outstanding listening skills and a keen eye for solving problems, Pravin is the consummate software engineer. In this role, he steers Hollander’s software development efforts, sets product strategy, manages projects and tackles product-development issues—all with one goal in mind: To ensure that Hollander’s products consistently exceed our customers’ expectations. Pravin enjoys Hollander’s small-company culture, its associates and customers. When not immersed in bits and bytes, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, vacationing and listening to music. He’s also an accomplished woodworker. As he says, “It’s different in that I get to use my hands.”
Dave heads up our data development teams in the UK and Australia, responsible for the planning and coordination of all Pinnacle Professional Interchange data projects. With over 20 years’ experience in the industry, he has a very clear vision of exactly where Interchange needs to be in the future to match Hollander customer's ever-increasing needs, and works tirelessly to ensure progress is made every day towards that goal.
When not leading the way in vehicle data creation, Dave can regularly be seen on the race track enjoying all forms of motor-sport, recently winning the Radical SR1 championship in the UK. His dedication and drive for success in all aspects of life has undoubtedly helped keep Pinnacle ahead of the pack through the years and will ensure the product continues to be the leading force.
With a career spanning over 20 years in IT and Service, Paul has recently (November 2015) joined our team. Paul heads up our Service Delivery and is in charge of product hot stage, implementation, training and service. Driven by a desire to provide 100% customer satisfaction please works tirelessly to ensure that all customers be it a 70 user site or a single user each are guaranteed the same level of high level support. Paul has a BSc degree from The University of Dundee and is a Certified Microsoft Professional. When not at his desk or on site with customers, Paul enjoys family time and spending time being with his love of anything retro and can be found in his garage being “geeky” restoring old 80s arcade machines.
